We take

  • Sofas, beds and mattresses
  • Wardrobes and flat-pack furniture
  • Fridges, washers and appliances
  • General household clutter and bags
  • Office desks and chairs
  • Garden waste, cuttings, sod and soil
  • Old fencing, decking and timber
  • Shed and garage contents
  • Rubble and hardcore (reasonable loads)
  • Carpets and old flooring

We can't take

  • Asbestos or suspected asbestos
  • Gas cylinders

  • Anything needing specialist licensing

Small amounts of household paint or a few tyres are usually fine — flag them when you book so the price is right first time.

What do you take away?+

Furniture, sofas, beds and mattresses, white goods and appliances, wardrobes and flat-pack, general household clutter, bagged rubbish, office furniture, garden waste, hedge cuttings, sod and soil, timber, old fencing and decking, shed and garage contents, rubble and hardcore in reasonable volumes, carpets and flooring, and end-of-tenancy leftovers.

What can't you take?+

We cannot move hazardous waste: asbestos or suspected asbestos materials, gas cylinders, solvents and chemicals in bulk, clinical or medical waste, oils and fuels, or anything requiring specialist licensing. Small quantities of household paint and tyres can usually be handled — mention them when you book so we can price them correctly.

Are you a licensed waste carrier?+

Yes — we operate as a permitted waste collector and every load goes to an authorised facility. Ask us at booking and we will supply our waste collection permit details and, on request, the disposal receipt for your job.

Where does the waste actually go?+

Loads are sorted where practical. Reusable furniture goes to reuse or charity partners, metals, timber, cardboard and green waste go for recycling, and only the genuine residual fraction goes to a licensed transfer station.

How fast can you come out?+

Same-day slots are often available if you call early, and most bookings are scheduled inside the same week. Emergency and out-of-hours lifts can be arranged by phone.

Do I need to be there?+

Not always. If access can be arranged — a key, a code or an agent on site — we can clear the property and send you the completion photos afterwards. This is how most of our eviction cleanouts run.

Do I have to carry anything out?+

No. The price includes our labour. A two-man crew carries everything out and loads it, with floor and doorway protection down before we start.

How is the price worked out?+

By the volume you fill in the van, not by the hour. You get a fixed price before we roll — labour, loading and disposal included — so there is never a meter running.

Are you insured?+

Yes, public liability cover is in place on every job, and crews work with protective coverings on floors, stairs and doorways.

Can you clean after the clear-out?+

Yes. Rent-Ready Cleaning is the pass after the lift: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, skirting and interior glass brought back to letting standard, with bins and odours dealt with.

Do you invoice landlords and letting agents?+

We do. Agents get itemised invoices, before-and-after photo reports and a saved-details quick rebook page so repeat units take seconds to book.

How do I pay?+

Card or bank transfer on completion, or against invoice for landlords and agents. You get a receipt for every job.

Still wondering?

Send a photo of the pile through the quote bar and we'll tell you exactly what it costs and whether we can take it.
